Raw Frozen food is non-returnable. Refunds for any Frozen Raw Food will only be granted on the basis that there is an issue with your delivery that is not your fault, including but not limited to:

  • You’ve received the wrong Frozen Raw Food from us
  • Your order arrived with you in a non-usable condition, for example if the food has thawed
  • There is some other issue with your Frozen Raw Food

Damage: If you have accepted the parcel before realising it was damaged, or the parcel has been left in a safe place when you were unavailable for inspection, then please take a photograph of the damaged item and contact us within 24 hours in order that we can take the necessary action and resend or refund you accordingly.

If there is an issue with any Frozen Raw Food you’ve received from us, please get in touch with our Customer Support team by emailing [email protected] who will aim to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
